  I have been calling for days and waiting to 25-30 minutes at a time to get a refill for my son's prescription. Finally I had to send my sister, who lives fairly close, to speak to someone in person. The receptionist said she needed to speak to the nurse and assured me that she should return my call. I am still waiting, 3 days later and no call. The service here is the worst I've ever received from any doctor. We have never waited less than 2 hours to see Dr. Butler since we started going there.
