  Having moved to South Miami a few years ago and taking my car to be serviced here multiple times I thought I would give them a shot to earn my business on my next lease. All was well until we sat down to do the numbers. That is when I quickly realized and I dealing with a company that did not value their clients. After being shown multiple monthly payments I kept asking how we arrived at these totals to which Juan Carlos told me, "It doesn't matter. I don't have time to explain the dealership magic about how we calculate payments." With that statement insulting my intelligence and not answering simple questions such as, "what is the residual value?" I was done. I highly recommend for everyone to avoid this dealership and go anywhere else. There are other Infiniti dealerships in Coral Gables and North Miami that both have much better customer service. I encourage you to try both of those locations before even thinking of stepping foot in here.

  Excellent service from Mr. Jorge Cabrera! Helpful, committed and client-oriented. Manager Adam was perfect and found reasonable offers for us. Highly recommend this place! Thank you!
